Working with dough can be tricky, especially when it turns sticky and hard to handle. Here’s how you can prevent sticky dough and achieve the perfect texture for your baking projects.

1. Use the Right Flour

The type of flour you use impacts your dough’s consistency. Bread flour, with its higher protein content, absorbs more liquid and creates a firmer dough. If your dough feels sticky, switch to bread flour or gradually add more flour until you get the right texture.

2. Add Flour Gradually

When mixing dough, add flour little by little. Start with the recommended amount and add more as needed. Gradual flour addition will ensure the dough doesn’t become too dry, helping you maintain the ideal consistency.

3. Chill the Dough
